INSTRUCTIONS
Always place candle on a heat-resistant, level and stable surface. Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before burning. Nail clippers or wire cutters are great tools for trimming wooden wicks. You can also purchase our wick trimmer. Be sure not to drop debris (wick trimmings or matches) into the wax.
Light the candle and enjoy the fragrance. Burn the candle long enough to ensure the burn pool is across the top of the candle. Never move or leave soy candles unattended while burning. Burn in a draft free area, away from children, pets, and flamable objects. Stop use when 1/4 inch of wax remains.
Keep soy candles out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources as they will melt
Precautions: Trim wick before each use. Do not burn longer than 3-4 hours at a time. Burn within sight. Keep away from flammable objects. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Fragrance may produce an allergic skin reaction. If on skin, wash with plenty of soap and water. If in eyes, rinse with water for several minutes. If skin or eye irritation persist, seek medical attention.
PROCESSESSING & SHIPMENT
Current Fulfillment Times: Current processing time is 3-5 business days. We are a small-batch hand-poured candle company. From wicking, to labeling, to mixing and pouring, all parts of our process are done by hand. We make every effort to ship your orders as quickly as possible. Outside of high volume times, our normal processing time is 3 - 5 business days after the order has been received. All orders are shipped from Brooklyn, NY. You will receive a tracking number for your order when it is fulfilled. Expedited processing is not available.
