Instructions:

Each year take a moment to choose a word of the year. This should be a word that resounds on your heart as your personal theme for the year. It can be a word that reminds you of what you need to do at this time, ways you want to grow, or simply ways you want to be. As you write it down, meditate on the word, and allow it to rnew your spirit and ground you in your personal truth. Remember, “A person’s words can be a life-giving water; words of true wisdom are as refreshing as a babbling brook. ” – Proverbs 18:4
