Registration
Upon submission of the google form, your application will be reviewed. You will be notified of your acceptance within 10 days. If selected to attend the retreat, you will receive an invoice for a non-refundable deposit of $1000. You will have 25 days from invoicing to pay the deposit to secure your spot. The balance for your stay is due by June 1, 2024. Guests opting to pay in full within the first 25 days of invoicing will receive a complimentary massage at the retreat. All other guests agree to sign-up for a payment plan with autopayments at time of deposit. If your payment does not process and you have not reached out to us to address any payment concerns, you will forfeit your previous payments and the package may be posted for resale. If you do not pay the balance in full by 11:59 pm on June 1, 2024, you will forfeit your deposit and the package will be posted for resale.

Roommates
All rooms are either single room occupancy or double occupancy with shared bed. If you request double occupancy with shared bed, please provide your roommate's name and e-mail address so they can be registered. Please note, you are responsible to pay the full cost of the room selected.
There is one room that is a single room occupancy, however it has a shared bathroom, living room, and patio space. Only select this option if you are open to sharing space. We will do our best to pair people who request this service.
Entry Procedures
Visas are required for U.S. citizens traveling to Tanzania. Foreign nationals may apply for a visa online in advance of travel. Applicants may complete the e-visa application form and make payment online with a credit card or bank transfer at www.immigration.go.tz If the e-visa is approved, the applicant will receive a “grant notice” via email. Present a copy of the grant notice to the Immigration Officer on arrival at the airport in Tanzania. U.S. citizens may also obtain a tourist visa upon arrival at the airport in Tanzania. The cost is $100 USD. Be prepared to pay in cash in case connectivity issues make electronic transactions impossible.
It is also recommended to obtain certain vaccines. Yellow fever vaccination is only required for all travelers arriving from, or having transited through, countries where yellow fever is endemic. Some doctors also recommend taking malaria medicine. Please contact your physicians to ensure you are medically prepared to travel abroad.

Cancellations
It is recommended to purchase an at least $200,000 travel insurance plan for this retreat as we cannot offer refunds once booked or in the case of natural disasters where Let's Converse, LLC also cannot receive a refund. We also strongly recommend that you consider trip cancellation or interruption coverage (widely known as “Cancel For Any Reason” insurance) to protect your investment. If you have any questions specific to COVID-19 coverage, please contact your insurance provider. If the retreat is canceled by Let's Converse, LLC, then a full refund will issued. Retreat is subject to cancellation if there is low enrollment and/or due to country regulations regarding Covid-19.
Film/Video Notice
Notice of filming and photography: When you enter a Let's Converse, LLC event or program, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. By entering the event premises, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for promotional purposes, webcasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by Let's Converse, LLC and its affiliates and representatives. Images, photos and/or videos may be used to promote similar Let's Converse, LLC events in the future, highlight the event and exhibit the capabilities of the company. You release Let's Converse, LLC its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or or sound recordings. By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by Let's Converse, LLC or the person or entity designated to do so by the company. You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the event.
Liability Disclosure
Buyer/Attendee agrees to individually, jointly and severally indemnify, defend and hold harmless Let's Converse, LLC and all agents, affiliated and corresponding parties, from and against all liability, loss, damage, or expense, including attorney’s fees which may be incurred or sustained as a result of purchase; during the Excellence Manifested luxury retreat, or hereafter, in perpetuity.
Hotel Policies:
At check-in you will be asked to put a credit card on file for incidentals. Please follow the rules of the premises to avoid any fees being charged to your card.
No pets
No Smoking, candles and incense
Smoking is not allowed in the hotel. Open-flame candles and incense burning are also prohibited. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in an automatic $150 fee charged to your credit card on file.
